2.Service Description
MatchSport is a mobile sports dating application that connects verified users aged 18 or over based on shared sports interests, gender preference, age range and geographic proximity. The service is offered via the iOS and Android apps and via the informational website www.matchsport.org.
3.Applicable Law
The website and the app are governed by Spanish law, in particular LSSI-CE (Law 34/2002), the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, "TRLGDCU"), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), Organic Law 3/2018 ("LOPDGDD"), the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, "DSA") and other applicable European Union and Spanish consumer protection rules.
4.Intellectual Property
All content of the website and the MatchSport app — including the brand, logo, source code, matching algorithm, designs, copy and visual elements — are the exclusive property of Olvexis Group or its licensors and are protected by Spanish and EU intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorization is prohibited.
5.Liability of the Operator
The operator uses reasonable means to keep the service available and free from errors but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, the absence of bugs, or that the service will meet every user's expectations. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and never excludes liability arising from fraud, gross negligence, or harm caused to consumer rights protected by mandatory Spanish and EU law.
6.Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers residing in the European Union may submit any dispute arising from contracts concluded online through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
